Containerized 8T10T Large-Scale Water Treatment Systems

Housed in standard 20ft or 40ft containers, the system integrates pretreatment, RO host, disinfection unit, electrical controls, and pump/valve piping – all prefabricated and skid-mounted at the factory.

Occupies only 15–30 m², with no need for a dedicated equipment room. The container interior features thermal insulation, soundproofing, and anti-corrosion treatment, and is equipped with air conditioning, lighting, and drainage systems, ensuring reliable operation in ambient temperatures ranging from –20°C to 50°C.

1. High Flow Rate, Stable Output, and Compliant Water Quality

Rated output: 8 T/h or 10 T/h, with 24/7 continuous operation – suitable for residential communities of 300–1,000 households, medium-sized factories, and camps.

Standard process train: raw water → booster pump → sand filter → activated carbon filter → precision filter → RO membrane → UV/Ozone disinfection → purified water tank.

RO membrane desalination rate ≥98%, product water TDS < 50 mg/L, meeting direct drinking and domestic water quality standards. Single-pass or double-pass RO configurations available upon request.


2. Flexible Mobility for Diverse Applications

The entire unit can be crane-lifted or towed for transport, making it ideal for temporary water supply, remote construction sites, emergency relief, and off-grid villages.

Compatible with a wide range of water sources: municipal tap water, groundwater, surface water (rivers/lakes), and brackish water – with customizable pretreatment options.


3. 8T vs. 10T – Selection Guide

8T/h: Suitable for communities with 300–600 households, small factories, or daily water consumption under 200 tons. Offers lower capital investment, reduced energy consumption, and a smaller footprint.

10T/h: Suitable for communities with 600–1,000 households, medium-sized factories, or applications with high peak demand fluctuations. Provides ample redundancy, stable supply during peak hours, and greater resilience against membrane performance decline in winter.
