The equipment is divided into four main modules: water purification filtration, smart card-controlled water dispensing, wastewater discharge, and cloud-based operation and maintenance. The entire process operates automatically without the need for manual intervention.
Municipal tap water first enters the equipment and passes through a multi-stage purification process, including a PP sediment filter, activated carbon filter, reverse osmosis (RO) membrane, and post-carbon antibacterial filter. These stages progressively remove impurities such as sediment, residual chlorine, heavy metals, bacteria, and scale. An integrated UV sterilization module further ensures that the treated water meets national direct-drinking water standards.
During the water dispensing stage, a radio-frequency induction control system is employed. After the user taps their card, the main control board quickly verifies card permissions and account balance. Upon successful verification, the inlet solenoid valve opens, and purified water is automatically dispensed. The unit is equipped with a high-precision flow meter and infrared sensors to accurately measure the volume of water dispensed, enabling real-time deduction of charges on a pay-per-use basis. When the card is removed, the water flow is instantly shut off to prevent leaks and waste. The concentrated wastewater generated during the filtration process is automatically discharged into the municipal sewer system, preventing wastewater accumulation and bacterial growth.
Additionally, the equipment uploads real-time data on water quality, usage volume, and system faults to a cloud-based backend platform, enabling comprehensive intelligent monitoring and management throughout the entire process.
1. Stable Water Quality, Safe and Controllable
Equipped with a closed-loop water purification system, featuring multi-stage filtration and real-time water quality monitoring. It continuously collects TDS data; in the event of abnormal water quality, the system automatically shuts down and issues an alert to prevent the discharge of non-compliant water. The water circuit is fully enclosed to eliminate external contamination from dust and insects. Compared with bottled water, it avoids secondary contamination after opening and quality deterioration during storage. The built-in sterilization module provides long-lasting antimicrobial protection, ensuring a higher level of drinking water safety.
2. Smart Billing, Easy Operation and Maintenance
The integrated card-swiping billing system ensures accurate metering, supports card top-ups and water usage traceability, and provides transparent consumption records, eliminating billing disputes. The backend system enables remote monitoring of equipment faults, filter life, and water pressure status, with automatic maintenance reminders—eliminating the need for on-site inspections. The filter replacement features a modular design for quick and easy installation, significantly reducing property operation and maintenance costs.
3. Energy-Efficient and Cost-Effective
The system incorporates water-saving control programs, with automatic shut-off in case of water or power outages to prevent unnecessary water loss. The variable-frequency water production mode operates on demand, with extremely low standby power consumption for optimal energy efficiency. Compared with purchasing bottled water, the cost per liter from this system is significantly lower, greatly reducing daily drinking water expenses for residents. Its compact footprint allows for flexible installation in building lobbies and park leisure areas without occupying public space.
4. Strong Adaptability and User-Friendly Design
Supports both card-swiping and QR code scanning for water dispensing, catering to users of all ages. Features include constant-temperature water output, leak-proof protection, and anti-electric-leakage safeguards, ensuring stable operation even under extreme high or low temperature conditions. The system is highly automated, with automatic fault alerts and high fault tolerance, balancing user convenience with standardized community water management requirements.
