The 10-ton-per-hour water purification system is a large-scale industrial unit with a rated output of 10 tons per hour. It is widely used in factory production, centralized water supply, and large-scale logistical water applications. Employing high-flow reverse osmosis (RO) technology with a high degree of automation, the system is designed to meet continuous, high-demand water requirements. Its operating principles and key advantages are outlined below.
The system consists of four main units: pretreatment, high-pressure filtration, water quality conditioning, and automatic discharge. Raw water is pressurized by a feed pump and passes sequentially through a multimedia filter, activated carbon filter, and cartridge filter to remove suspended solids, colloids, residual chlorine, and other impurities, thereby protecting the downstream membrane elements. The pretreated water is then pressurized by a high-pressure pump and fed into a high-flow RO membrane array, where reverse osmosis effectively removes heavy metals, microorganisms, and inorganic salts to produce purified water. The system integrates flow, pressure, and level sensors with an automatic flushing program to discharge concentrated wastewater in real time. Online water quality monitoring ensures fully automated, continuous operation for uninterrupted water supply.
Stable and Reliable Output
Equipped with high-capacity membrane modules and booster units, the system supports 24/7 continuous operation with balanced flow rates, making it ideal for large-scale centralized water use while eliminating supply shortages.
Superior Purification Performance
The multi-stage pretreatment combined with an array-type RO filtration process ensures consistent effluent quality, even under fluctuating raw water conditions. The system is suitable for both industrial production and domestic water supply applications.
Safe and Dependable Operation
Built-in safety protections include high-pressure, low-pressure, low-water, and overload safeguards. The automatic membrane flushing function reduces scaling and fouling, extending membrane service life and ensuring long-term reliability.
User-Friendly Operation and Maintenance
The system features a modular design and an intelligent control panel with fault self-diagnosis and data traceability, minimizing maintenance requirements. It can also be integrated with a downstream water storage system for coordinated plant-wide water supply management.
